Membership Terms, Rules & Regulations

Welcome to the Kudo Surf Boardriders Membership program! By signing up for a membership, you agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and terms outlined below.

1. Membership Identification & Signup

  • Member Verification: Upon successfully signing up, members will receive a physical keychain with a unique, assigned membership number.
  • Account Credentials: Online membership benefits are tied directly to the email address provided during registration.
  • One Account Per Member: Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Applying with fake details, duplicate profiles, or secondary accounts will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated memberships and online accounts on KSBoardriders.com.

2. Redeeming Membership Discounts

In-Store Purchases

  • To receive your membership discount in physical store locations, you must present your assigned keychain to the cashier prior to payment processing.
  • Failure to present the physical keychain at the time of checkout may result in the forfeiture of the discount for that transaction.

Online Purchases

  • To receive your membership discount on our website, you must log into your account using the email address associated with your registration.
  • Applicable discounts will be automatically applied to eligible items during checkout once logged in.

3. Key Membership Rules & Restrictions

  • Non-Transferable:
    • Memberships, assigned keychains, and associated accounts are strictly non-transferable.
    • Discounts can only be redeemed by the registered individual. Keychains or online accounts may not be shared, loaned, or transferred to family members, friends, or third parties.
    • In-Store Verification: KS Boardriders reserves the right to request a valid photo ID to verify identity and confirm membership ownership during in-store transactions.

 

  • Regular-Priced Items Only: Membership discounts apply strictly to regular-priced items across selected brands listed in the Exclusive Discount List.
  • Non-Compoundable (No Stacking):
    • Membership discounts are non-compoundable. They cannot be combined ("stacked") with other promotional codes, seasonal sales, clearance markdowns, or special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the company.

5. Replacement & Account Management

  • Lost or Damaged Keychains: If your assigned keychain is lost or damaged, please contact customer support or visit an in-store location. A nominal replacement fee of Php 500.00, and shipping fee if applicable, may apply to issue a new numbered keychain.
  • Updating Information: Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details (especially their primary email address) remain up to date to maintain uninterrupted access to online benefits.

6. Validity & Renewal:

  • Membership Term: Your membership is valid for three (3) years from the original registration year.
  • Renewal Process: Upon expiration, membership renewal is not automatic. Members wishing to renew must reapply and fulfill all current application requirements and criteria in effect at the time of renewal.

7. Termination & Modifications

  • Program Changes: KS Boardriders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program, discount percentages, or associated rules at any time without prior notice.
  • Revocation of Membership: Any misuse of the membership, fraudulent activity, unauthorized transfer of keychains, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership privileges without a refund.
