John Mark Tokong “Marama”

John Mark Tokong is one of the Philippines most inspiring and upcoming surfers. He’s a guy who makes everyone feel welcome to his home town and loves to share his excitement for life.

The Philippines has some of the best upcoming surfers. The country is home to some of the best surf in the world. The Philippines has always been one of the less traveled surf destinations and the locals welcome you with a big heart.

Marama needs help to get to the international events so he can represent his home of Siargao and the country of the Philippines. Your donation will help him represent his country in the upcoming World Surf League and International Surfing Association’s events and aim for his goal to get to the Olympics and to the top of the World Surf League.

2019, Bronze, South East Asian Games.

Favorite event:  (apart from Cloud 9) my dream would be Snapper Rocks, Australia.

Most inspiring surfer: John John Florence. For his carves, airs and attitude.
