As the WSL QS 6000 Siargao International Surfing Cup returns to the legendary barrels of Cloud 9 this October 24–31, Kudo Surf proudly stands behind a lineup of Filipino surfers who are redefining what it means to represent the islands on the world stage.
From seasoned champions like Marama Tokong and Nilbie Blancada to the next generation of powerhouses including Noah Arkfeld and Dianne Nogalo, these athletes embody the spirit of Siargao — fearless, grounded, and deeply connected to the sea. Name: John Mark Tokong
Nickname: Marama
Location: Siargao

Marama Tokong, dubbed the “most dominant man in regional QS surfing” by Stab Magazine, is a Cloud 9 magician and world-class barrel rider. In 2023, he became the first Filipino to qualify for the WSL Challenger Series, making history and elevating Philippine surfing to the global stage.
